We ship at the lowest available cost usually via USPS or UPS. Shipments are insured for damage and loss and tracking is available. 

If you need your pieces by a specific deadline, please let us know and we will try to get it you by your specified date!

Returns & Exchanges

We want to work with you so that you are happy with your purchase! In jewelry making, there are many fragile parts and pieces. If any item suffers damage in the first 90 days, contact us to discuss a repair plan.

If damage occurs due to shipping or otherwise, please contact us for return procedure.
